For customers needing to create an account, you can access the Customer Portal HERE

It is easiest to set up your account on a computer for the first time. Once you have it set up, future bookings can be done on our app gingr for pet parents.

Here are the instructions to our new online portal! Thank you so much for your patience and please call with any questions.

Our price is per pet not how many runs they use. The price includes one feeding day. Additional feedings are $1 pet per feeding. We have several varieties of standard dry kibble. If you bring your own food it needs to be individually bagged per feeding or in gallon zip locks labeled how many cups each feeding. We provide food and water dishes if they do not need a slow feeder. If a slow feeder is required, you may bring that as well. We do not provide bedding. Some pets are prone to destruction/ingestion of those items. You my bring easily machine washable items if you wish. Treats and chew toys are also acceptable.

Status updates will say accepted once reviewed. We do not change the status of a reservation typically until 7-10 days before your reservation. We do not assign runs until closer to the reservation date.

Then a deposit will be placed to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel for any reason.

The ‘waitlist update’ is simply that your pet is in line for a run. This does not mean we are at capacity. If we are at capacity, you will receive a rejection email instantly. Please call to verify the accuracy of this.

You may upload shots to the owner files section. Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella are required for dogs.
