Pet Grooming Services

ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH OR IN A CARRIER FOR SAFETY

Prices vary depending on breed, size, hair thickness, coat condition and other various factors. Please contact our office for a quote. *please note that the price could change once we physically see your pet*

We offer quotes based on the breed of pet that you have (including felines!)

Standard pet grooming appointment drop off time begins at 8am and ends at 10am. Monday-Saturday

We issue pick up times based on the order we receive the pets in for the day. Example, pet drop off is 8am your approximate pick up time could be 1pm if the time slot is available. Working all day? No problem, your pet can stay as late as 5:30 when we close at no additional charge. Simply let us know at drop off.

If you would like your pet by a certain time that day, please let us know when you make the appointment and we will do our best to accommodate.

Full Grooming

A full haircut service at our facility looks like a nice soapy bath, total blow dry, thorough brush out, nail trimming, ear cleaning/plucking, and an all over cut with styling on top! We groom felines too! Contact us for a quote.

Bath and Brush Out

The bath and brush out service at our facility includes a thorough bath with our fragrant house shampoo blend, blow dry, brush/comb out, sanitary shave, ear cleaning/plucking, nail trim/pad shave, & shaping of the feet (if needed).

Flea and Tick Bath

We do cater to pets who need assistance in removing fleas and ticks; from the bath to the preventative, we’ve got you covered! Our groomers use a specialty shampoo during the bath to help remove any adult fleas that are present in the coat. We do also offer topical preventatives that you and your pet can leave with to keep them from coming back for up to 30 days!

New Puppy Intro To Grooming

Our groomers are so excited for your new furry friend to get introduced to grooming! The first initial visit can be very overstimulating for a lot of puppies, so we do everything we can to help them adjust. Our first-time puppy visits usually involve a lot more introducing than actual grooming and styling.This is so we can safely and comfortably prepare them for longer and more difficult services in the future. We recommend starting puppy grooming training at 16 weeks. This will help them adjust slowly to the sights, sounds and sensations of the grooming process. We require a minimum of 2 puppy intro sessions before a full hair cut will be performed.

Express Groom

If you do not want your pet to be at the facility for an extended period of time, your pet may be eligible for a 1-1.5 hour straight through service. The groomers would need to assess your pet and see if they are an acceptable candidate. The fee for this service is $15.

Nail Trims

No appointment needed! Please call before you arrive to ensure our groomers are available. $15.00 Trim & Grind $20.00 The process takes about 10 minutes while you wait. Pet Grooming: By appointment only

Our groomers work exclusively with your pets to ensure that they are safe and comfortable during their grooming service.

Matted Pet Policy

If you cannot get a comb through your pet’s hair, they may be matted. Brushes do not always remove tangles from the hair. If your pet is too matted to accomplish the desired cut, we will notify you of your pet’s options at drop off and the potential for a dematt fee. The fee varies depending on the time spent by the groomer and the coat of the pet.

Senior Pet Policy

We love pets of all ages! If your pet is getting older we have certain policies in place to help keep them comfortable during their service. If for any reason your pet is no longer tolerating grooming, we stop the service and only charge for the services performed. Unfortunately we do not groom incontinent pets or pets that cannot stand on their own for the grooming service.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

We understand that emergencies happen. If you are running 15 or more minutes late please contact our office to discuss the possibility of rescheduling. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change your grooming appointment. If we are notified less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, the cancellation fee is half of the price of the services scheduled before you may rebook. We offer reminders via text, email and/or phone call (if requested) to ensure you are aware of your upcoming appointment(s). Vaccines Required

We require Rabies and Distemper for all grooming pets. We strongly recommend bordatella, but we do not require it for grooming customers at this time.
